why allow color selection if you're just going to get a random color? I was specifically looking for black clips, which are hard to find, and received clear. customer service non existent, when I emailed to ask after my order was delivered, no response. just an automated email asking to leave this review a few days later, so here I am.

I’m sorry for the mix-up on your clip order. I did reply to your email requesting photos so I could confirm which color you received before sending a replacement, but it sounds like that message may not have come through on your end.
I’ve already offered a full refund or replacement, and that offer still stands - you’re welcome to keep the clips either way. I always do my best to make things right, even when small orders slip through the cracks.
