Overflow: Part 1 - Matchstick in Comet Ice - by Marcia Derse with Windham Fabrics

Overflow: Part 1 is a batik fabric collection designed by Marcia Derse to coordinate with her other batik collection - Moody Mod Part 1. Utilizing mostly neutral colors, Marcia created several different color combinations on the same stripey patterned fabric. Despite being the same pattern, each designs colors making each one have an entirely different vibe.

These fabrics are batik, meaning they are hand dyed using wax to cover areas that will stay a lighter color. This dying process makes every piece of fabric completely unique and gives a beautiful watercolor like softness to the lighter colors.

This listing is for a 1/2 yard cut of batik quilting cotton fabric, which measures 44" (selvedge to selvedge) x 18". If purchasing multiple half yard cuts, the fabric will be a continuous cut. For instance, ordering a quantity of 2 half yard cuts will come as one full yard cut of fabric.
