Boom boom shake the room! I’m over the moon to celebrate and kick off the first week of my Playroom Project Party with these amazing makers. This is just the first of five weeks of awesomeness. Methinks you will be as blown away as I am. And with that, (big drumroll)….Let the show beginnnnn!

First up is Slice of Pi Quilts with this a adorable Crayon Quilt. The words definitely blew me away. Laura did this with bias tape! Holy wow.

Next in the Playroom Project Party is HoffMama Company with her Monosomy X Quilt. She designed this quilt to both educate about Turner Syndrome and to honor her daughter Nix, who passed away at 32 weeks gestation.
The quilting was done by Prairie Folk Quilt Company and when I saw what she did in the space of the kissing chromosome, I totally ?. Thank you Alex for sharing your story and your talent with us. Please head over to her blog to learn more about this project. ?

Mathew, you have outdone yourself in the design of this fabric line (again – how do you do that?!). I just love it – and the creations these fabulous artists have made with it are amazing! I want to make every single one of them. What a heart warming tribute with the Monosomy X quilt. Quilting is an amazing way to heal the heart and I hope this message spreads far and wide.
