When we first finalized the Makers Tool Print from my Hooked Fabrics, I knew that I was going to weave it together. The subtle stripes and chic off-white I thought would look gorgeous in a woven tote. So I put my thinking cap on and figured out how to do it and share it with all of you.
I used Annie’s Double-Sides Fusible Soft & Stable for the bag, which worked amazingly. And the order my Hooked Collection if you haven’t already, here’s the link.
In this video, I’ll walk you through all the steps to creating your own hand-woven tote that’s sure to impress. This sturdy construction won’t lose shape and you can totally adjust the handle length and dimensions to meet your own bag needs. Whether it’s a basket, a box, or a bag, this is a must-do project for sure.
Hi! I love this pattern and am so excited to make it. Do you have the lining measurements anywhere and should there be 2 each of the 18 inch cuts? I assuming those are the handles? Thank you for another great project.
I will like to find out how to make bags and how can I GET the bags pattern
