Playroom Half-Square Triangle Pillow

Back in September, I was sent some of the Half-Square Triangle Templates to give them a whirl. I had just received my strike-offs for Playroom, so I made a quick video to show folks how to use the 4″ template.

I threw in some of the Pure Solid Coordinates and whipped this block up in a jiffy. I went with a grid-on-point using Superior MicroQuilter, which gave it all the ooh la la and va va voom texture.

And then of course the finished pillow front sat on a shelf for a month or so before I decided to add an invisible zipper in the bottom seam and a pillow back. And with the best model to present this beauty, the Playroom Half-Square Triangle Pillow was birthed.
