I love the fact that not only canI use the templatefor cutting my fabric I can see how to center it for my ability to match each one and thenI can alsouse itto trace and cut my paper forthe center of each one to make it easy and less costly than to purchase the pre cut paper pieces myself. I may be just a little crazy but I enjoy cutting my paper as much as my fabric. I would definitely use others like this.
After many messages, I still have not received my package. I am so disappointed.
Hi Gaby, I’m genuinely sorry that the delivery process was stressful. The package was shipped promptly and was never rerouted or lost—it simply followed standard international routing, which sometimes includes California as the last stop before heading to Canada.
Throughout our email exchanges, I did my best to clarify that the tracking looked normal and that your order was on its way. I also provided updated tracking info and estimated delivery dates, which were met.
International shipping can definitely be confusing (and slower than expected), but I always encourage folks to reach out if tracking feels unclear. I’m committed to supporting my customers every step of the way.
