It keeps all the impact of the original design, just with a completely different energy.

This kit is built using the Crimson Christmas pattern by Krista Moser (The Quilted Life) — but I created a custom sunflower recolor and made a small adjustment to the center to fully form the hexagon “seed head.” That one change shifts the entire quilt from poinsettia to sunflower in a way that just works. The palette is layered with golden yellows, rich ambers, and deep earthy tones for a dimensional, glowing finish.
