Overflow: Part 1 is a batik fabric collection designed by Marcia Derse to coordinate with her other batik collection - Moody Mod Part 1. Utilizing mostly neutral colors, Marcia created several different color combinations on the same stripey patterned fabric. Despite being the same pattern, each designs colors making each one have an entirely different vibe.
These fabrics are batik, meaning they are hand dyed using wax to cover areas that will stay a lighter color. This dying process makes every piece of fabric completely unique and gives a beautiful watercolor like softness to the lighter colors.
Bundle Options (22 pieces total):
Fat Quarter Bundle: Each piece measures approximately 18” x 22”
Half Yard Bundle: Each piece measures approximately 18” x 44”
Full Yard Bundle: Each piece measures approximately 36” x 44”
If you order multiple bundles, cuts will be combined where possible.

I purchased several fabrics from Libs Elliott’s Iconic collection and loved them so much that I came back and ordered additional Royal Beastmode for my binding.
The colors are rich and saturated, the fabric quality is excellent, and everything worked beautifully together in my Penguin Party quilt. The Royal Beastmode print made the perfect finishing touch around the edge of the quilt.

There was only one minor glitch and that was in the additional fabrics that I ordered. The charmed-Shimmer in black (1yd ) came as blue. I’m sure I’ll find a use for it in a future quilt so not I huge issue.
