Hi Ruth, I completely understand the frustration with international shipping delays - they’ve been unpredictable lately, and I truly wish I had more control over them. Unfortunately, once a package leaves the U.S., it’s in the hands of customs and the local postal service, and right now international logistics are beyond anything a small business can influence.
Having ordered this just 14 business days ago, it’s actually still within a normal delivery window for a package traveling from the U.S. to the U.K., especially with current customs processing times. The estimates provided by postal services are best-case-scenario projections, and we’re definitely not operating in best-case conditions right now.
That said, it feels a bit unfair to direct that frustration toward my shop when both my service and products are consistently excellent. I take a lot of pride in making sure every order is packed carefully and shipped quickly, and I genuinely appreciate your patience while this one makes its way to you.
